Session will be at my home studio in Sedro Woolley. Address will be emailed to you.

Due to the nature of mini sessions, this retainer is not refundable.

Digital galleries will be delivered by November 30th, 2022 at 11PM.

By purchasing a session, you are agreeing to the following:

I commission Rhoni Colvin Photography, the photographer, to photograph myself and/or my underage children. I hereby grant Rhoni Colvin Photography and her legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of myself, family, and/or child(ren), or in which myself, family, and/or children will be included for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner or medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. I hereby release Rhoni Colvin Photography and her legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.

Client and members of the client's party assume all risks associated with potential COVID-19 transmission or exposure in relation to photography services being provided and accept the sole responsibility for an illness, injury, damage, claims, or expense arising therefrom regardless of the identity of the person to be at fault for such transmission or exposure.

As a client of Rhoni Colvin Photography, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by Rhoni Colvin Photography, PHOTOGRAPHER; Rhoni Colvin, are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. I understand it is illegal to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without the photographer's permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. A limited PRINT RELEASE is supplied with digital files to print your portraits for your own personal use, including but not limited to printing, copying, emailing, and web publishing. The purchase of your original files releases Rhoni Colvin Photography from any liability due to loss or damage or images, and also releases Rhoni Colvin Photography from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, image, or photograph. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering your images without the photographer's permission. I agree to honor the copyright laws as stated in this agreement.

If the Photographer cannot perform this Agreement due to a fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness, then the Photographer shall return the full session fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Agreement. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged. In the event the Photographer fails to perform for any other reason, the Photographer shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the Client’s order.

Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business.
